Flare is an employee onboarding and HR platform for Australian businesses. We first worked with Flare to define their product offering. By understanding the 'new job' journey, we shaped a product that delivered a better experience for new employees. The product helps new employees manage their superannuation. It also allows them to use part of their super to access life insurance.
